Not only good looking but also reliable.that's my 4th Toshiba laptop over the last 6 years and this one is from far the one I like most.Works perfectly with all programs and never failed me.Quick and friendly. The only problem is that every fingerprint is visible on the keyboard (stylish , nevertheless); so to make it look better you have to clean it quite often, which doesn't bother me so much.The new Toshiba rules.
First of all, there isn't too many reviews about this items, so it took me quite a time to make up my mind about purchasing this laptop. I took my chances and now I'm pleased. I don't have much time to write these reviews so I'll go straight to the point.Pros: - Smashing resources: CPU, HDD, RAM, display, etc.- FM radio tuner- Excellent speakers- Good-looking design- Wi-fi capabilityCons:- Windows Vista pre-installed- Keyboard material is stylish, but I dont like marks and that material catches the finest particles and marks.In a nutshell, it's a excellent laptop for home users, though not recommend it if I were a programmer o for multimedia playing.
i bought this computer and it is a very good computer but don't buy it online. i bought it at best buy for $600. go to best buy if you want to save $500. other than that i would strongly suggest this laptop
This is my third Toshiba laptop in 6 years. I was able to get it for $649 (with $200 mail-in rebate). The keyboard is very comfortable and I love the smooth-surface touchpad.no room for grit and grime to settle in the edges.
My first Toshiba laptop is still in use. The only negative is getting rid of all the free/trial software. I love to trade up.
The battery life seems to be three hours plus. This one is fantastic. FOUR gig of RAM was a big plus, along with the webcam and the neat USB SLEEP and CHARGE port for charging Ipods etc if the computer is plugged in but turned off.The screen is sharp and clear with no glare.
This is a wonderful computer. Family and friends have had DELL and Gateway, but my Toshiba's have always been outstanding.
I really liked the style of this laptop. I was also very happy to see a 320 gig hard drive, too. That was what made me interested right off the bat. I liked how Toshiba fused the black and gray together.The second thing that sealed the deal for me was the 4 gigs of ram that comes in this laptop. The sound quality of this laptop is very outstanding compared to most laptops. You can turn up what ever it is you're listening to at a comfortable level and not have your speakers crack.The built in web cam is a nice feature, also.Overall, I would recommend this laptop to any college student.
